Grade A Dark Color, Robust Taste is a popular "table grade" - not too light, not too dark. Great for pancakes, waffles, french toast and just about anything you love to eat with maple syrup at your table.
Grade A Very Dark Color, Strong Taste - Our Midnite Magic brand is similar to "Grade B" under the old standards. It has a smoky taste and a much more concentrated maple flavor. It is a darker syrup in color and many prefer it for use at the table. Because of the more concentrated flavor, it is great for cooking.
